Braden Steinke joined Q.E.D. Law as an articling student in 2022 following his graduation with Honours from the University of Birmingham, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws. He also holds a Combined Honours Degree in Criminology and Psychology from York University.
During his time at law school, Braden dedicated his efforts to serving the community as a volunteer with the Pro Bono Group Freedom Law Clinic, showcasing his commitment to making legal services accessible to all.
Upon being called to the Bar in December 2023, Braden seamlessly transitioned into the role of a Student-at-Law at our firm. His primary focus lies in the realms of family and divorce law, and he has successfully represented clients in both the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice.
Braden understands the nuances of family dynamics. He takes a compassionate and collaborative approach to counselling. Braden has a particular interest in crafting agreements and settlements that not only meet the legal requirements but also address the unique needs of his clients. While advocating for amicable resolutions, he acknowledges situations where litigation becomes imperative.
Braden is an Edmonton/ St.Albert native. When he isn`t working with clients, he enjoys cheering on the Oilers, spending time with friends and family, and staying active! He loves his furry family member Combs the dog, and learning about his finned friends in the sea - sharks!
