Aditya was called to the Bar in June 2022 and has since dedicated himself to family and divorce law. He has appeared in both the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice, proving his mastery in the field.
While studying at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, Aditya volunteered with Student Legal Services, where he discovered his passion for providing legal support to low-income individuals. In his third year, Aditya was selected as Dayleader, supervising other students at Student Legal Services. Despite his busy professional schedule, Aditya still finds time to provide legal aid to those in need. He volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre to provide free family law advice.
Aditya prioritizes mutual satisfaction in family law. He believes collaborative dispute resolution results in long lasting solutions. However, if settlement and negotiations are unsuccessful, Aditya is willing and eager to represent and advocate for his clients in Court.
Aditya was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. In his spare time, he enjoys building and painting miniatures, watching hockey and soccer, and spending time with his family and friends.
